Apple Launches AirPods Pro Special Edition in China to commemorate the Year of the Tiger + Ming-Chi Kuo makes AirPods Pro Prediction
Apple officially launched the AirPods Pro Special Edition Tiger, priced at 1999 yuan (US$315) as 2022 is the year of the Tiger in China.
Apple said that after the first official design for the Year of the Ox, it continues to lay a unique mark for the Year of the Tiger, bringing a special engraving on the AirPods Pro charging box and an exclusive logo on the outer packaging.

While on the topic of AirPods, an investors note from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicts that the next-gen AirPods Pro will support Apple Lossless and a charging case that could make a sound to assist user's find its location if misplaced.
The second-generation AirPods Pro are due in Q4 2022. It's a long ways off and other rumors are likely to follow about possible new features, so stay tuned.
