7 Memories

Memories: Memory mixes

Customize your memory by swiping through Memory mixes, which let you audition different songs with pacing and a Memory look to match.

Memories: Memory looks

Inspired by the art of cinematography, 12 Memory looks add mood by analyzing each photo and video and applying the right contrast and color adjustment to give them a consistent look — just as the colorists at film studios do.

Apple's "Memory Looks" was filed under application 97065875 and "Memory Mixes: under application 97070039. Both were filed under International Class 009 which covers the following:

"Downloadable computer software for creating, editing, and viewing photos and videos; downloadable computer software for applying filters to change the appearance of digital images and photographs."

Apple filed Memory Mixes in Hong Kong under application 305767976 and Memory Looks under application 305767985. Both were filed under 009 and 042 in much more detail.

Under Class 009, Apple listed all-manner of Apple hardware, current and future including smartglasses, wearable peripherals, 3D spectacles, home theater systems, televisions and many more.

Under Class 042, Apple covers design and development of computer hardware, software, peripherals, computer and video games, cloud computing services, industrial analysis and research services; medical research; medical laboratories and much more.

It should be noted that International trademark classes that Apple files their trademarks under are important as the trademark registration will only protect those classes that have been identified in their original application. In a legal battle, the classes filed for originally could make or break a legal case.
