Apple has been sued in a 4-Count Patent Infringement Lawsuit filed by developer MemoryWeb

Apple has been sued by Illinois company and Apple developer MemoryWeb for patent infringement. According to the lawsuit, Apple is allegedly infringing on four of their U.S. Patents (9,552,376, 10,423,658, 10,621,228 and 11,017,020) by using the Photos app that comes with both iOS and macOS that organizes and  displays photos and videos. Big Sur (and previous versions of macOS) displays a map view including an interactive map with thumbnail images which infringes upon MemoryWeb's patents. MemoryWeb sells "The Photo Organizer" on Apple's App Store and on Google Play.
