Apple has filed for three new trademarks in China with two of them repeating in the U.S., with one of them being for the Apple Music Logo in dark mark. Their actual filing dates slightly differ.

Apple's Music logo in dark mode trademark 88746482 was filed under three International Classes being 09, 38 and 41 as follows:

International Class 09: "computer software application for access to audio, video, and multimedia content; computer software application for access to music programming and playlist service."

International Class 38: "broadcast and transmission of streamed music, audio, video, and multimedia content by means of radio, television, internet, and satellite for business use; transmission and delivery of digital music via telecommunications networks, computer networks, the Internet, satellite, radio, and wireless communications networks."

The Apple Music logo trademark application was also filed in China under number 305159223 under the same three International classes of 09, 38 and 41.

It should be noted that choosing trademark classes are important because the trademark registration will only protect Apple's trademark(s) in the classes that have been identified in their application.

Apple Music for Business Figurative Trademark

In Hong Kong China Apple also filed for the figurative version of Apple Music for Business as presented below under number 305159377 under the very same International Classes 09, 38 and 41. There was also a filing for this trademark found in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office database today under number 88746158 under the same International classes. 

Apple Filed a third trademark application in Hong Kong under number 305162571 which is specifically for the Chinese market as presented below.

The rough translation from the Google Translation service is "Deep Integration." It's unknown what service or product that this would actually mean in Apple terminology.
