AT&T is the Second Distributor to Cancel Orders for Samsung's Galaxy Fold Smartphones

1 X Cover Galaxy Fold report

On May 24 Patently Apple posted a report titled "Best Buy Officially cancels all Current Pre-Orders of Galaxy Fold." Today a new report shows that AT&T has followed suit and notified customers that delays in the Samsung Galaxy Fold smartphone has forced them to cancel pre-orders.

Tom's Guide reports that "AT&T has sent out notices to anyone who pre-ordered the $1,980 Galaxy Fold, informing them that their foldable phone order has been cancelled. Customers who pre-ordered the device will be able to place their orders again once Samsung sets a new launch date.

Tom's Guide had placed its Galaxy Fold order through AT&T, and we received our cancellation notice today (June 12). We've confirmed that the email has gone out to other customers with Fold preorders, too." Read the full Tom Guide's report here.
