The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Granted Apple 5 Registered Trademarks Today for Animoji, Today at Apple, more
Today the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office published five registered trademarks that were issued to Apple on April 10th. There are two registered trademarks for Animoji, two for Apple TV 4K and one for Today at Apple.
Apple announced their new in-store service called "Today at Apple" back in April 2017. The service is now available at all (or most) Apple stores around the world. For more information on Today at Apple, check out Apple's dedicated website covering this service here.
Today at Apple is now a Registered Trademark (RTM) under #5,443,302 as noted in an image of the certificate further below. Apple's filed their trademark under Class 41 covering the following:
"Providing seminars, workshops, classes, and training in the fields of music, visual arts, design, photography, videography and filmmaking, business, education, robotics, and technology; providing seminars, workshops, classes, and training in the use and operation of computers, computer software, digital electronic devices, and wearable electronics."

Apple's Two RTM Certificates for "Apple TV 4K"
Apple was granted a Registered Trademark for Apple TV 4K and the figurative version with the Apple Logo as noted further below.
Both trademarks for Apple TV 4K were filed under Class 9 covering the following:
"Set top boxes; digital media streaming devices; computer hardware and software for use in searching, selecting, playing, streaming, and sharing television, movies, music, podcasts, computer games, images, and other audio, video, data, and multimedia content, and for use in searching, selecting, and using computer applications; remote controls for use with the all of the foregoing."
Apple's Two RTM Certificates for "Animoji"
Apple was granted two Registered Trademarks for Animoji as noted below. The differences between these two trademarks can be found in what is specifically covered under Class 9 in each certificate.
For Animoji Registered TM 5,443,406, Class 9 covers the following: "Computer software for use in capturing and enhancing images and video; computer software for creating, recording, viewing, sharing, and transmitting electronic messages; computer software for use in facial recognition and mapping."
For "Animoji" Registered TM 5,443,183, Class 9 covers the following: "Computer application software for mobile and cellular phones and handheld computers, namely, software for use in animating, processing, and transmitting images."
Update April 18, 2018: It should be noted that back in October Japan's Emonster sued Apple after it was revealed that their trademark Animoji was being hijacked by Apple as a new feature for the iPhone X. You could read all about it in our report which includes a copy of the full lawsuit.
