1 COVER CLASS ACTIONS - plural against Apple

What a crazy week it's been for Apple. Beyond having to deal with security issues relating to Meltdown and Spectre, they had a French Prosecutor open a preliminary investigation into 'planned obsolescence' of iPhones which could be very serious for Apple. That action sparked five U.S. Republican Senators to send letters to Apple's CEO demanding answers regarding the throttling of iPhones and about fires that broke out in Apple Store repair shops in connection to iPhones in Zurich Switzerland and Valencia Spain this week.

To pile it on a little thicker, Apple was hit with a new wave of Class Action lawsuits totaling 13 for this week alone, giving us a grand total of 39 to date. There were 8 filed in three separate reports (one, two and three) and today another 5 are being covered in this report that were filed with the courts on January 11th and 12th. The lawsuits, as presented below, include 3 from San Jose, 1 from Miami and another from Chicago.
