Four new Class Actions have been filed against Apple Raising the Official total to 44 with another 5 Foreign Filings Pending
Apple's CEO Tim Cook was interviewed by ABC News last night and talked about the battery issue the company is having. Cook noted that Apple is working on a software update that will allow users to turn off the iPhone throttling feature.
Thus far anything the company has said on this issue has fallen on deaf ears, as the class actions continue to pile in. As noted below, four new class actions have been filed over the last two days with all 4 from San Jose. Thus far Fifteen of the forty-four official class actions, or about third of all class actions, have been filed in San Jose.
