Before Downloading the Latest iOS 11.2 Update, Read Apple's Notice and Guide about Avoiding a Repetitive Rebooting Glitch
The Singapore Times is reporting that Apple has issued a how-to guide for iPhone users (as noted below) facing a glitch after the latest iOS update caused some devices to go into a repetitive reboot. It also pushed a 11.2 iOS update at around 4.30pm on Saturday (Dec 2). Read the full report here for more detail and testimony. Dozens of fans in Singapore rushed to the new Apple Store for answers and Apple reps patiently walked fans through the solution as clearly illustrated in a video in the report.
For confirmation, Apple's guide page could be found here. I personally followed Apple's instructions this morning and all is well.
