Apple introduced 'Business Chat' during a WWDC 2017 session to get developers ready for its debut sometime in 2018. Business Chat is a powerful new way for businesses to connect with customers directly in Messages. Trademark application #87721802 was filed under International Class 42 which covers the following: "Provision of Internet search engine services; design and development of computer hardware and software"
