J.D. Power Rates Apple Watch #1 for Customer Satisfaction
Today, J.D. Power released their 2016 Smartwatch Device Satisfaction Report and stated that Apple ranked highest among manufacturers of smartwatches. The report measured overall satisfaction with smartwatches among customers who purchased a smartwatch device within the past 12 months.
The report for smartwatches was specifically based on these key factors as folows: ease of use; comfort; battery life; phone features; price; strength/durability; display size; styling/appearance; reliability; apps available; and customer service
According to the report, "Satisfaction was calculated on a 1,000-point scale" and on that scale the Apple Watch scored 852 points ranking it the highest in customer satisfaction and performed particularly well in comfort, styling/appearance and ease of use.
