Apple has leased an old Pepsi Bottling Plant in California Speculatively for Project Titan
It was revealed this afternoon that Apple leased the 96,000-square-foot industrial property in Sunnyale California last November. The Real Estate reporter for the Silicon Valley Business Journal noted that the property had previously been used as a plant for the Pepsi Bottling Group as is seen in our cover graphic. At the moment it's unclear how long Apple has leased the building for or what they'll be using it for – though speculation leans heavily towards Project Titan.
