While Apple continues to dominate the premium smartphone market, Samsung is thinking and patenting every magic bullet idea that they could dream of late in the hopes of finding something that they could show the world is original and above anything that Apple is capable of producing. Their biggest bet is aiming for smartphones with multiple displays as we covered that once again this past weekend. Down the road they're hoping to beat Apple with 3D and Holographic applications.

Samsung usually delivers gimmicky stuff that's more flash in the pan than features with any depth. Will they ever change? Only time will tell.
