Apple Already Working on a Settlement with Lithium Battery Company A123 Systems
On February 19 we posted an extensive Patently Legal report covering the lawsuit filed against Apple by the advanced lithium battery maker known as A123 Systems. They sued Apple for not only poaching their employees but also for misappropriation of trade secrets, tortious interference and more.
Today it's being reported by Reuters that Apple is already exploring a settlement with the firm. In a court filing on Tuesday, Apple asked a Massachusetts federal judge for an extension of time to respond to the A123 lawsuit because "they are exploring potential resolution."
