On January sixth, Patently Apple posted a report titled "Even with a Billion deal to build a plant in Indonesia for Apple AirTags, the Government says it's not enough." After protracted negotiations between Apple and the Indonesian government, a deal has been reached.  

Today, Apple officially announced on their Indonesian website that the iPhone 16 lineup, including iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, and iPhone 16e, will be available in Indonesia starting on Friday, April 11.
