Apple's trademark application #306607828 was filed under International Class 09 which covers "Electronic display screens sold as a component of tablet computers, handheld computers, and portable computers," as confirmed below.
The Priority filing was made in Liechtenstein earlier this year. No out-of-country sources are able to access trademark applications in that country.
In Hong Kong, Apple also filed trademark application #306609349 for "Apple Music Atlas," under International Class 42 covering "Providing a website featuring online non-downloadable computer software for accessing discographies; providing a website featuring online non-downloadable computer software for accessing music database for music industry professionals."
Lastly, Apple also filed trademark application # 306609358 in Hong Kong for "Radio Spins," under International Class 42 with covering "Providing a website featuring online non-downloadable computer software for providing streaming, radio broadcast monitoring, and social data for music industry professionals; computer services, namely providing temporary use of online non-downloadable software for use in market research, advertising, business research, retail marketing, and music talent and development for music industry professionals."
The latter two trademarks were originally filed as priority filings in Jamaica earlier this year. All three trademarks has yet to be published in the Europe or the U.S.
It should be noted that international trademark classes that Apple files their trademarks under are important as the trademark registration will only protect those classes that have been identified in their original application. In a legal battle, the classes filed for originally could make or break a legal case.
