Today, Canalys posted a chart illustrating Italy's Top 5 smartphone vendors for Q1 2024. Usually Italy is simply rolled into Western Europe smartphone stats. In this oddity, Apple is noted as coming in second place with 18% market share, though down 7% year-over-year as presented below.

Noteworthy in Q1 2024 was how Motorola grew 66% and realme grew 106%. Should a full Canalys report eventually surface in the days ahead that could provide us with more color and commentary, this report will be updated.
