The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has listed Apple's Film "Killers fo the Flower Moon" with 10 Nominations
This morning the full list of nominations for Oscar Awards were announced today with Apple's Killer of the Flower Moon being a strong contender in many major categories. Among those setting records with their nominations were Lily Gladstone, who is the first Native American acting nominee, and Martin Scorsese, who is now the most-nominated living movie director.
One of the surprises that surfaced this morning was that Leonardo DiCaprio was snubbed while political-ranter Robert DeNiro was nominated for Best Actor in a Supporting Role. While Apple's Film 'Napoleon' was a little disappointing, it still garnered three nominations as noted further below.
Apple's Key Nominations :
- Best Picture: Killers of the Flower Moon
- Best Director: Martin Scorsese (Killers of the Flower Moon)
- Best Actress in a leading Role: Lily Gladstone (Killers of the Flower Moon)
- Best Costume Design: Killers of the Flower Moon
