Apple has won Four more Design Patents in Hong Kong for Apple Vision Pro and Three for visionOS
On Friday, Apple was granted yet another round of Vision Pro design patents in Hong Kong prior to the launch of their first generation Spatial Computer, that's been rumored to be launching later this month. Overall, Apple was granted four design patents for Vision Pro and three design patents for visionOS illustrating various 3D views of GUIs.
Unlike "patent applications" that provide the public with an abstract, summary and details of an invention, design patents published around the world are limited to only providing the public with design patent figures. No additional specifics of the design are made available.

For visionOS patents, the Hong Kong Patent Office notes under "Statement of Novelty" that the features of the design for which novelty is claimed are the pattern, ornament, shape and/or configuration, and/or three dimensional appearance of the article as shown in solid lines in the representation. The broken lines in the representation show a 3D environment within a field of view of the user and portions of the graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.
Apple's design patent 2322460.7M001 presented above was the first of three design patents for the Display Unit for Apple Vision Pro. The other two other design patents (.7M002 and .7M003) illustrates "parts" of the same design.
All Apple Vision Pro hardware was filed under Locarno Classification 14-02 that covers "Data Processing Equipment, Peripheral Apparatus and Devices." Apple visionOS designs were filed under Locarno Classification 14-04 covering "Screen Displays and Icons."
Apple has had a wide variety of design patents issued to it by the Hong Kong Patent and Trademark Office since October for Apple Vision Pro that you could review in full here: 01, 02, 03, 04 and 05.
