Apple has updated their 'Force Touch' Trademark to now cover their Magic Mouse, filed for the figurative trademark for Apple A17 Pro & more
In the last 30 days, the US Patent & Trademark Office published a few new trademark filings from Apple covering DockKit, the figurative version of "Apple A17 Pro," and won their second design patent for AirPods Max smart case that may already have been dropped. It was a terrible design to begin with, especially in the eyes of He/Him – type of guys.

AirPods Max Smart Case with Headphones
Apple was granted Design Patent D1005669 for AirPods Max Smart Case under the titled "Case with Headphones." The case couldn't be found at the Apple Store, so it has likely been dropped.
It was a ridiculous design, one of the dumbest I've ever seen from Apple – though Chance Miller from 9to5Mac thinks that the iPhone 15 FineWoven case was a huge miss: "Apple’s new FineWoven cases for iPhone 15 are a huge swing and miss. They suck. Apple should remove them from sale and refund everyone who’s already bought one." Ouch. Don't hold back Chance (ha!).
Apple was also granted a design patent this week from USPTO for the AirPods Max smart case
