The annual 'Made by Google' Event has been announced for October 4th, live from New York
Earlier this week Apple announced that they'll be holding their iPhone event on September 12. Microsoft had already leaked that their event will be held on September 21. Today we're learning that Google's Pixel event will be held on Wednesday October 4. The invite was presented by Marques Brownlee in a Tweet yesterday as presented below.

Google is expected to introduce their new Pixel smartphone lineup along with new tablets and watch. The event will be live from New York, 10 AM EST, 7 AM PST.
Leaked specs on the Pixel 8 Pro, revealed back in July, claimed that it will feature a 6.7-inch QHD+ LTPO OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. You are getting the Google Tensor G3 chipset backed with the Titan security chip. You are also getting 12 gigs of RAM coupled with either 128 or 256 gigs of storage. There is also a 50-megapixel main camera, a 64-megapixel ultrawide, and a 48-megapixel telephoto camera. The selfie camera is an 11-megapixel unit. As presented below, a leaked image of the Pixel 8 Pro shows a new backside camera layout.
