A federal court has ordered tech giant Apple to pay up to a half-billion dollars to their former customers as part of a class-action lawsuit. Their former customers claimed Apple secretly slowed the performance of their older iPhone models. The company said they only did so to fix problems with batteries and processors. Each customer involved in the lawsuit is expected to receive $65 each.
