Apple Updates their Siri Trademark in the U.S. and Hong Kong to cover Health Related Matters
Apple has updated their Siri trademark to cover all new territory related to health. Whenever a company wants their trademark to be extended to cover new features than originally filed for, they must file a new application to add a new International Class. A new trademark application from Apple reveals that the want Siri to cover new ground as described in their filing under International Class 010 as described below:

While the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office published it today, Apple actually filed for this trademark update in the U.S. on June 16, 2023. Their priority foreign filing was made in Jamaica, on December 22, 2022.
So, beyond dropping "Hey" as a prefix to Siri in iOS 17 launching this fall, Apple's digital assistant is likely to also expand its database so as to be able to intelligently respond to specific questions related to health matters. Apple is likely to introduce this at an upcoming keynote later this year.
Apple also filed for their Siri Update in Hong Kong under application number 306276772 and under the same International Class 010.
It should be noted that international trademark classes that Apple files their trademarks under are important as the trademark registration will only protect those classes that have been identified in their original application. In a legal battle, the classes filed for originally could make or break a legal case.
