Patently Apple has learned this morning that the trademark "xrProOS" was filed with the Australian Patent and Trademark Office on May 18, 2023 as presented in the screenshot below. The trademark covers "3D spectacles; eyewear; eyeglasses; sunglasses; optical glass; optical goods, optical apparatus and instruments; optical lenses; eyeglass lenses; contact lenses; head-mounted displays, interactive touchscreens and more.

In regards to the trademark filed by Deep Dive LLLC relating to "Deep Screen," The trademark was found in the World Intellectual Property Organization database as having been cancelled, as noted in the screenshot below.

The trademark xrProOS was also filed by Deep Dive LLC with the Hong Kong Patent and Trademark Office under #306247693 as noted in the screenshot below.

Update 8:00 a.m. PST: xrProOS filed in Europe

The xrProOS trademark was also filed in Europe on Friday, May 19, 2023. Interestingly the filing wasn't made without listing the applicant as noted in the screenshot of the trademark docket #018877196 below.

It should be noted that international trademark classes that Apple files their trademarks under are important as the trademark registration will only protect those classes that have been identified in their original application. In a legal battle, the classes filed for originally could make or break a legal case.
