Qualcomm's CEO Cristiano Amon told Joanna Stern that their new chip should be considered an "Apple-Compete" for the Microsoft ecosystem. Although Qualcomm announce the branding "Oryon" in November, Amon told Stern that they haven't announced the branding for this chip. It's expected to be revealed at an event in the September-October timeline.
Announcements of products powered by the new processor are to be announced at CES 2024.
Obviously Qualcomm will be introducing two new processors over the next year with one for mobile and the other for PCs.
