The Casting Society of America (CSA) is the premier organization for casting directors and associate casting directors in film, television, theatre and new media, the Casting Society of America seeks to uphold and honor the highest standards of professionalism in the casting field; to advocate and promote the role of the casting director generally and within the entertainment industry while supporting its members to further their goals and protect their common interests.

 

The Casting Society is out with their TV, theater, short films and shortform series nominations for its 38th annual Artios Awards. Netflix’s lapped the field with 10 noms, and Apple TV+, HBO, HBO Max and Hulu are next with five each.

 

The Artios Awards, which honor casting professionals, will unveil its film nominees November 1. Winners will pick up their statuettes during an in-person ceremony March 9 at the Beverly Hilton.
