The USPTO usually publishes granted patents on Tuesdays with accompanied patent graphics at about 3 a.m. Twice a year they granted patents are published late, like this morning. Whether this relates to scheduled maintenance or personnel on holidays is unknown. Patently Apple will report on today's granted patents as soon as they're made available.
