The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office officially published a series of 57 newly granted patents for Apple Inc. today. In this particular report we briefly cover patents relating to Touch ID and other biometrics for Apple Watch; miniature gas sensors for iPhone that could measure gas levels in different rooms of your Home; advanced eye and head tracking for games and beyond; and a design patent relating to retail store fixtures. And as always, we wrap up this week's granted patent report with our traditional listing of the remaining granted patents that were issued to Apple today.

Apple Watch with Touch ID

Earlier this morning, Patently Apple posted an IP report titled "Apple has Won a Patent for Under-Display Touch ID for iPhone based on Off-Axis Angular Light." That patent also noted that Touch ID could apply to Apple Watch. Now in this second patent report we cover just that, Touch ID for Apple Watch and more.
