A Major iPhone 14 Render and Rumor Report could make some Fans skip the iPhone 13 that's launching next week
A new rumor from Front Page Tech is the first of its kind by announcing features coming to the next-gen Apple iPhone 14 one year ahead of time; a week prior to the iPhone 13 launching.
If you've been waiting for the day that the dreaded notch and hideous camera bump is history, well, it may only be a year away. Today, Jon Prosser dropped a major video rumor report. Below is a snippet of that video where Jon Prosser states: "I like chaos. When I saw what I saw I was too excited not to share it with you."
You could see the full FTP video here. Prosser talks about the face-side camera notch being replaced with a punch hole design, something that Ming-Chi Kuo hinted at earlier this year. Prosser also pointed out that in order for the backside camera bump to disappear, Apple is making the iPhone 14 slightly thicker to make that happen. So it's a bit of slight-of-hand that you'd see at a magic show. Reportedly a bigger batter will fill the added space created.
You can get more renderings from RendersbyIan at Front Page Tech along with the iPhone 14 in AR.
Of course there's likely to be far more leaked details to follow in 2022, hopefully some describing a killer feature or two. Yet getting a possible heads-up on two big feature changes coming to iPhone 14 was still interesting due to the RendersbyIan.
Will these big design changes coming to iPhone 14 be enough to sway fans to skip the iPhone 13? While there will be some that will delay an iPhone purchase this year on this news, an iPhone event still packs a punch and is bound to create the right amount of hype to get fans to hit the buy button.
