Oscar-Winner Tim Robbins is joining the cast of the future Apple TV+ Drama Series titled 'Wool'
In May Patently Apple posted a report Titled "Apple TV+ Orders new Drama Series titled "Wool" starring Swedish Actress Rebecca Ferguson." Today it's being reported that the cast has expanded to include Oscar-winner Tim Robbins to star opposite Rebecca Ferguson in Apple’s upcoming drama Wool, based on Hugh Howey’s trilogy of dystopian novels. The series hails from writer Graham Yost, director Morten Tyldum and is produced by AMC Studios.
Wool is a set in a ruined and toxic future where a community exists in a giant silo underground, hundreds of stories deep. There, men and women live in a society full of regulations they believe are meant to protect them.
Robbins will star as Bernard, the head of IT for the Silo. He joins Ferguson’s Juliette, who is an an independent and hardworking engineer. For more on this, read the full report from Variety.
