Apple Files for 'macOS Monterey' Trademark and wins Design Patent for an Apple Store Display

Today, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office published Apple's trademark application for 'macOS Monterey' as is presented in-part below. While Apple filed it Monday, it took several days to process.
Apple filed their trademark specifically under International Classes 009 that simply covers "Downloadable computer operating software."
Apple secretly filed for their trademark first in Liechtenstein in early February 2021 under application number 2021-188.
A Design Patent Win for an Apple Store Display
Yesterday the U.S. Patent Office granted Apple design patent #D921,403 for a 'Retail Display.' It appears to be a display for iPhone cover accessories. The display could also end up being used by retail partners like Best Buy or Target that provide a Store-within-a Store operating spaces.
