The U.S. Trademark Office has Granted Apple 9 Registered Trademarks since Sept. 1 covering Apple Music & more
From September 1 to September 8 the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office granted Apple nine Registered Trademarks (RTM). Five of the nine are for Figurative trademarks which specifically covers logos and/or icons in color or black and white. One such Figurative trademark is shown in our cover graphic in the form of the Apple Music logo.
A reproduction of all of the Registered Trademark certificates are presented below. Click on any image below to enlarge it enough so that you could read the tinier verbiage associated with each International Class the trademarks were filed under.
The Registered Trademark presented below is for the 'Figurative' Version of this logo associated with "Turi Create" which has also been granted Registered status for the text alone. Apple filed for this trademark in November 2018.
The Registered Figurative Trademark presented above relates to the Apple Watch 'Cycle Tracking' app covering female menstrual cycles.
For the record, trademark classes are important because the trademark registration will only protect Apple's trademark(s) in the classes that have been identified in their application.
