Apple Donates Millions more to Fight COVID-19 in China
On March 13 Apple published a press release titled "Apple’s COVID-19 response." Back then Apple committed donations to the global COVID-19 response — both to help treat those who are sick and to help lessen the economic and community impacts of the pandemic — today reached $15 million worldwide. We’re also announcing that we are matching our employee donations two-to-one to support COVID-19 response efforts locally, nationally and internationally.
On March 26th Tim Cook announced Apple's commitment to donating 10 million masks to US and more to Europe.
Proud to share we’ve been able to source 10M masks for the US and millions more for the hardest hit regions in Europe. Our ops teams are helping to find and purchase masks from our supply chain in coordination with governments around the world. pic.twitter.com/uTsA6eA5ks

Further, Cook added that "China has shown incredible spirit and resilience during the COVID-19 outbreak and we are grateful to our teams, partners and customers for their support during these challenging times." For more read the full Reuters report.
