Apple Camera Module supplier LG Innotek has 5 Plants in Gumi Korea with one temporarily Shut down due to 1 case of COVID-19
Back in August 2019 we learned that LG Innotek was supplying both dual and triple-camera modules for the iPhone 11 and is set to supply Apple with next-gen ToF (Time-of-Flight) modules with 3D sensing ability.
Today we're learning that LG Innotek has shut down one of their camera module factories in South Korea after a worker tested positive for COVID-19.
However, the Reuters report didn't clarify which LG Innotek plant shut down in Gumi. Apple's 2019 suppliers list notes that Apple works with five LG Innotek plants in Gumi as presented below.

Without clear verification what plant was affected and what that plant actually produces, jumping to conclusions is uncalled for. We have no idea if camera module production for the iPhone will be meaningfully impacted or not at this point in time.
Last week we posted a report titled "Samsung Electronics shut down their Galaxy S20 & Z Flip plant in Gumi over the weekend extending till Tuesday due to COVID-19."
