Apple Posts a Press Release announcing Special 2020 Presidential Election Coverage on Apple News
Today Apple announced that Apple News has launched special coverage of the 2020 Presidential election. Apple claims that "Apple News 2020 election coverage is the most comprehensive resource available, with reporting and analysis from ABC News, CBS News, CNN, FiveThirtyEight, Fox News, NBC News, ProPublica, Reuters, The Los Angeles Times, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, TIME, USA Today and others."
The problem of course is that most of the "trusted" news sites listed by Apple are viewed by conservatives/Republicans as generally being fake news sources on political issues.
Most of these trusted sites went into super hyper mode on the Russian Collusion story that was debunked by special counsel Robert Mueller. To this day, these trusted sources won't accept Mueller's findings.
On issue after issue, the trusted sources have continually sided with one political party making if very difficult for conservatives to consider these sources as being trustworthy.
Yet with that being said, having multiple news sources is always of value in an election year in the hopes of finding balanced news coverage on important issues and the coverage that will be provided by Apple News will be appreciated by millions.
