Apple was granted two design patents today relating to Animoji characters in Hong Kong Today.  Last year Apple introduced a Giraffe and Shark to their list of characters and today they've been granted design patents.

Apple filed their design patent under Locarno Classification 14 – 04 which covers "Screen Displays and Icons." Apple's design patents cover a period up to July 31, 2024.
