Apple Wins Two Animoji Related Design Patents
The Hong Kong Patent and Trademark Office published two newly granted Design Patents for Animoji related graphics as presented below under numbers 1802379.4M001 and 4M002.
The differences between the two designs are slight. One difference could be that one could be for an iPhone while the other an iPad due to how many images are presented per line.
Secondly, the image relating to .4M001 below is conveying the message "Bring your face into View" with crop marks.
The image relating to .4M002 below is conveying the message "Camera Covered." This image also contains a red camera image in the top right bar. This design doesn't have crop marks.
Our third graphic below shows one of the registered design forms as proof of the trademark activity that occurred June 14, 2019.
Both design patents were filed under Locarno Class 14-04 which represents "Screen Displays and icons."
