In a video report about Air Force technician Sgt. Chris Hibben surprising his daughter at school last week, he heaped praise on Apple's FaceTime being a fantastic tool for soldiers deployed around the world.

Sgt. Hibben stated at around 2:25 mark of the video: "FaceTime really helps nowadays and being able to see her face while I was overseas is awesome."

He later noted in the brief interview that he's been in the service for 22 years and back then it was all about writing letters weekly or monthly. "We didn't have that luxury. FaceTime has really helped a lot of people connect and stay connected nowadays."

Apple should consider producing an ad with Sgt. Hibben, as it's a positive message.
