Apple filed for two trademark updates today in Europe cover their standard plain text and figurative Apple TV trademarks. The updates to their International Classes includes new text covering things  such as "subscription and streaming services," along with others like "video conferencing services; publication of books, newspapers," and much more to support new services to Apple TV being announced today.
