The U.S. International Trade Commission is Investigating a Complaint by Aqua Connect that Sued Apple last Month
On October 12 Patently Apple posted a Patently Legal report titled "Remote Desktop Expert Aqua Connect Sues Apple on Two Counts of Patent Infringement for using their Technology in AirPlay & more." The report covered Aqua Connect Inc. and their wholly-owned subsidiary Strategic Technology Partners jointly suing Apple for patent infringement that covered many Apple products including Apple TV and the iOS feature known as AirPlay.
Today we're learning from Reuters that "the U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into allegations of patent infringement by Apple Inc on various devices based on the complaint filed by Aqua Connect and Strategic Technology."
