One of the most complex rumors ever devised, the site Jalopnik tells a tale that reads more like an episode of the X Files about how Apple may be using a site in 'Surprise' Arizona for testing their autonomous vehicles associated with Project Titan.

The rumor basically states that "Apple appears to be leasing a former Fiat Chrysler-owned proving grounds in Arizona to test autonomous vehicles, according to a source familiar with the matter." That's it. From there on the blog gives a long history of the Chrysler site, quotes various stories that were published previously throughout the year about Project Titan.
