This has definitely been the year that Apple legal decided to update a series of new and standing trademarks with international classes that would include new categories and examples of specific products related to glasses, headsets, televisions and home theaters. The first trademark update reflecting this was published by China's Patent Office for the 'Mac Pro' in April. In that filing Apple listed head mounted displays; headsets for use with computers; augmented reality displays, goggles, 3D spectacles, smartglasses, televisions, home theater systems, entertainment systems. In June Apple's trademarks for 'iMac Pro' and ARKit extensively covered glasses of various kinds and then in July they filed for an update to 'iCloud' that was heavily covering glasses of every kind.

Today the Patent and Trademark Office in Hong Kong China published Apple's trademark update for 'Apple App Store' that once again heavily covers all sorts of smartglasses and beyond as you'll notice highlighted in the list below.
