Apple is being sued on Five Counts for Discrimination and Retaliation against a Former Disabled Technician in Georgia

Apple is being sued in a five-count civil action filed in the northern district of Georgia Atlanta by an ex-employee that happens to be disabled. The formal complaint states that "This is an employment case arising from Apple's discrimination and retaliation against a disabled technician in its customer service department."

Count 1: DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION IN VIOLATION OF THE ADAAA

Count 2: FAILURE TO ACCOMMODATE IN VIOLATION OF THE ADAAA
