Apple's filing for 'LivePhotosKit' was entered today August 22, 2017. Apple filed their trademark under international classes 09 and 42. For class 09 Apple didn't want it make public. All that's noted on is "see attached" which is only privy to those within the European Patent Office. Only time will tell if the secrecy was worth it.
