Inventor of G-Hold for Apple's iPad and Microsoft's Surface wins Support from Microsoft and Apple
A UK report today reveals that the inventor of a tablet holder rejected by Dragons' Den has clinched money-spinning deals with Apple and Microsoft. Single mum Alison Grieve, who launched G-Hold three years ago, was signed up after attending a trade show in America.
Grieve was able to impress Microsoft specialists who asked her to design a device for their Surface line of tablets for this summer.
The businesswoman also won a referral to Apple's main supplier of ergonomic office equipment, Office Relief, who supply other tech firms in Silicon Valley too. Apple plans to roll out G-Hold to staff in their warehouse, sales and software testing divisions.
While it has applications in productivity, in making presentations and is ergomonically sound, Kids seems to really love it as noted in the video presented by the Daily Record below.
