Canadian Best Buy stores are the first in North America to introduce In-Store Google Stores to showcase 'made by Google' products. I was in the Calgary store yesterday to take a few photos of the new Apple hybrid presentation table for Apple Watch and the iPhone 7 Plus. Apple was granted a patent for this table in Hong Kong exactly a year ago.

Another next-gen styled table that has yet to surface could end up in the new Macy's New York Apple 'store within a store' or some other outlet in the New Year including new Flagship Apple Stores around the globe.

Google Store Launches First in Canadian Best Buy Stores

The new Google 'store within a store' spaces have officially opened in Canada first at Best Buy stores in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Mississauga near Toronto. The latter opened in late October whereas the Calgary store has only been open for about a week. It's where consumers can purchase or test-drive the company's products like the new Pixel phone, the Daydream View virtual headset and Chromecast Ultra video streaming device.

In addition to providing a new way to experience Google's products, the company will also be hosting various workshops and sessions. These workshops will be held within the appropriate Best Buy location and may be run by Google employees.
