Apple Celebrates 'Ideas that Push the World Forward' in their Latest TV Ad
Apple's latest TV ad is about ideas that push the world forward. In this case the ad is referring to the latest MacBook Pro with it's new OLED 'Touch Bar.' Kudos to Apple for commercializing the idea that first came to light as the adaptive keyboard from Microsoft. Without that little brainstorm of an idea, we wouldn't have the cool and polished version of it designed by Apple. Apple didn't invent the smartphone, but from that idea Apple breathed new life into it and gave a new interface that was never seen before. Ideas count no matter where they come from – but we certainly appreciate Apple's industrial design team for turning on the light bulb for their new 'Touch Bar.'
In this ad, Apple tried to draw from the Steve Jobs ad about the Crazy Ones that stated the following: “Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
