Video: Samsung's U.S. President Apologizes for Note 7 Crisis, Confirms Replacements Ready Next Week
Tim Baxter, President & COO of Samsung Electronics America, addresses Samsung's exchange program and formal U.S. voluntary recall of the Galaxy Note7 in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Samsung confirms that new Note7 replacement devices will be available in the United States at most retail locations no later than September 21, 2016. To date, 130,000 Note 7's have been replaced.
