Apple Granted a Patent for their Reinvented MacBook with USB-C
The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office officially published a series of 80 newly granted patents for Apple Inc. today. One of the patents issued to Apple today covers their new 2015 Reinvented MacBook with USB-C, new keyboard and Force Touch trackpad. Apple's patent application for the new MacBook surfaced back in November 2015 and you could review our original report for details here. This year Apple has also been granted two design patents for the MacBook (one and two).
Apple's granted patent 9,411,380 was filed in Q1 2015 and published today by the US Patent and Trademark Office.
