Full Video of Intel's CES 2016 Keynote Shows new Directions the Company is taking Moving Forward
Intel's CEO Brian Krzanich keynote at CES last night set a new course for Intel. Krzanich noted early in his keynote that it was his third year on the CES keynote stage and that "There's truly no better place on the planet to talk about the future of technology and to share our vision with you." Krzanich added that "We believe we're entering a new era of consumer technology where consumers are choosing experiences over products. Products that are purely based on the newest technology or feature…Those are the ways of the past." The PC didn't play into Intel's new vision at CES. Krzanich spoke about Intel's new 'Sensification' trend which was first introduced at their IDF keynote back in August. Below is a full video of the Intel Keynote that was delivered last night at CES 2016.
A rundown of the Intel Keynote could also be viewed in Intel's press release that covers their new partnerships with ESPN and Red Bull Media House to transform the way people train, view and compete in sports; with Lady Gaga to create a unique musical experience. The days of showing off new processors on new PC's as the highlight of an Intel Keynote, are over. Well, sort of over.
During Last night's keynote Intel couldn't resist showing off their RealSense camera advancements in a way that gamers could relate to. One of Intel's presenters took a photo of Intel's CEO on a tablet with a built-in RealSense camera which created a 3D-Caputure that enabled them to put Krzanich right into the new Fallout 4 video game as noted below.
